Keri's personal journey is one of self-love, and transformation. Once in the rat-race and working in politics in New York City, Keri was "asleep" and unconscious until the age of 28.

She arose from her slumber during her Saturn Return through yoga and the Landmark Forum, introduced to her by first yoga teacher.

Keri went from someone who told herself she was ‘bad and wrong’ and ‘not good enough’ so often she didn't even realize it, to someone who consistently comes back to a practice of love and self-love, and assists others to do the same.  From someone who was living life as just another sheep in the herd of the matrix without even knowing it, to an innovative and powerful woman who doesn’t like to live inside of boxes.

Keri has a Masters in Clinical Social Work from New York University (NYU) and has held a social work license in both the State of New York and Hawaii.  She's grateful her path led her to social work school so that she could lay down that kind of foundation for her sessions with others. Keri worked as a trauma therapist and taught Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness as an adjunct professor for psychology graduate students. She also co-created and co-facilitated "Be. Here. Now." workshops teaching therapists tools to increase their capacity to be more present in their sessions.

Along with her Masters in Social Work, Keri completed over a year and a half of transformational and experiential self-awareness courses at the Landmark Education, including an intensive and internationally recognized six month leadership program.

Keri became an Access Consciousness Bars™ Energy-work Practitioner in June of 2012 in New York City. Learning, practicing and receiving energy-work transformed her life and she quickly became an Access Bars™ Facilitator to teach others how to access their own consciousness through energy-work.

In July 2015, Keri completed a Past-Life Regression Therapy training by psychiatrist and author of Many Lives, Many Masters Dr. Brian Weiss

Since 2017, Keri has been studying one of the original Tarot Decks (the Rider-Waite deck), an awareness tool that's been used all over the world for the past 600 years. She learned the Tarot from Hawai’i based Astrologer and Tarot Reader Claudia Suen.

She spent over ten years participating in demanding 10-day silent meditation course led by S.N. Goenka and in 2018 sat a rigourous 21-day silent meditation course. These days Keri still sits, but she also sees gardening as her morning meditation, and does her best to engage everything with a level of observation and awareness. In this way, she focuses on transferring time spent on the zafu into her daily experience.

Keri enjoys moving her body consciously. One of her passions is practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms™ dance meditations and she has gone through the 5Rhythms™ Spaceholder training in an effort to bring the practice to the Big Island. She has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and in 2020, Keri completed a 200-hour online yoga teacher training.

Keri’s most recent and notable teacher and mentor is eco-activist and human extraordinaire Rashani Réa. Keri lives at Kipukamaluhia - Rashani’s off-grid eco-sanctuary - where she can practice to surrender, be, love, live simply, garden, farm, and care for the land and the many animals that inhabit it. Keri greatly enjoys growing her own food, and prides herself on cooking complete meals with all ingredients grown on the land.

Other amazing teachers and leaders that Rashani has introduced her to include Gangaji, Byron Katie, Joan Tollifson, Robert Saltzman and Adyashanti to name a few favorites.

Keri sees clients in-person on the Big-Island of Hawaii and online. She combines her trauma therapy background with energy-movement and other tools to assist you to transform your relationship to trauma, as well as to Connect with Who You Truly Are.

It is her honor and privilege to hold space and facilitate transformation for others.
